Maple Taqueria is a hidden gem! The tacos taste just like Mexico—authentic, flavorful, and delicious. I’m a taco connoisseur, and this place seriously impressed me. The salsa is amazing, and while the fruit drinks aren’t made with real fruit, they’re still super refreshing. Don’t be thrown off by the gas station location—the food is that good. Plus, the owners are humble and kind.

My first time here. About 20 minutes ago I purchased 1 chicken and 1 beef taco. They were amazing! I could taste a lot of love in the meats. Chicken was moist, juicy, and very flavorful. The beef was well seasoned and fresh! Yoli provided excellent customer service and she even offered me a free drink while I loaded my sauces in the bag! I highly recommend!!!!!

Delicious breakfast! Had the chorizo and bacon tacos as well as the red chilaquiles! The red sauce has a wonderful little kick! Will be coming back!

Seriously the best Mexican food I've had since I've moved to texas. If you think its a bit pricey just wait until you see the portions! The meats are super flavorful and tender.

Beef and Pastor tacos were excellent. Beans were especially delicious: flavor! Rice was equally good. Will return!
